This can come from painful events such as a separation. Bereavement. Or the loss of a job. These are only examples. Stress is an aggravating factor in a person initially affected by anxiety disorders. Which disorders promote the development of anxiety.

The factors below are elements that favor the appearance of what you are experiencing as a problem:

  • Consumption of exciting substances such as coffee, alcohol, narcotics (cannabis, heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, etc.)

The relationship to anxiety is a question of personality

It is, therefore, the construction of their personality that gives this feeling of fear. Indeed, how do you expect these children, when they become adults, to know how to do something that they have not been taught? For example, trusting yourself. Have confidence.

At the same time, there are several factors other than those about personality. They promote the emergence of this emotion.

Metabolic disorders

These disorders are expressed in particular in the brain. In the latter, there is an insufficient concentration of norepinephrine. And also serotonin. Like gamma-aminobutyric acid. This leads to a change in mood. And causes some confusion of the same type, with consequences more or less analogous to the disorders caused by the hormonal issue.

Fighting anxiety: a hormonal issue

During menopause or pregnancy, for example, the increased level of estrogen in the body causes mood swings. This promotes the appearance of anxiety neurosis.
