Being anxious, like being afraid, is normal. And sometimes beneficial. I give you here to eradicate the disadvantage you have, which prevents you from being serene and fulfilled.
In short, to make disappear that ball of anxiety that prevents you from having confidence. In you. As in life. It is not a utopia. It is not magic. It is a question of knowing how to do and knowing how to be.
To those who are surprised that there is no more publicity around the solution to the anxiety about speaking to you, I invite you to ask a question. Who has an interest in such a solution little known? Who benefits from the crime?
Fighting anxiety: intense fear fostered by anticipation
Anxiety is defined as a psychological state close to anxiety. It is a profound manifestation of concern. This problem sometimes occurs on an ad hoc basis and then goes away quickly. This is not the case with anxiety. All the more so for generalized anxiety. Both are duly established for an unlimited period and constantly.
It is characterized by intense and uncontrolled fear in the person who feels it. It is a symptom that most often relates to a fear of dying. Prematurely. Or even lose control. The person who suffers from it feels like they are going crazy. Usually, this person cannot identify a way of reasoning, objectifying, as long as the crisis lasts.
The different causes of anxiety
The anguish does not come at a particular time. There is no way to predict it. It is not attached to a specific place either. It can happen anywhere at any moment. For example, it can suddenly appear in the middle of the night (cf. nocturnal anxiety ), just like morning anxiety attacks you when you get up.
Several factors trigger this paroxysmal fear. It is the same about the anxiety attack. In general, it is considered that 30% of anxious people have been subject to one or more stress in the month preceding the anxiety or the anxiety attack.
This can come from painful events such as a separation. Bereavement. Or the loss of a job. These are only examples. Stress is an aggravating factor in a person initially affected by anxiety disorders. Which disorders promote the development of anxiety.
The factors below are elements that favor the appearance of what you are experiencing as a problem:
- Consumption of exciting substances such as coffee, alcohol, narcotics (cannabis, heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, etc.)
- Heat. Indeed, some people cannot stand hot climates
- Repressed trauma
- Childhood trauma
- Trauma in adulthood. Ex: physical assault, accident
- Living with distressed parents
This last element, this insecure family past, promotes anxiety states in the child. These emotional states are linked to a constant feeling of insecurity. However, children tend to imbibe and reproduce the behaviors of adults. Later, these same children are distressed. It makes sense, and whatever their adaptability is.
The relationship to anxiety is a question of personality
It is, therefore, the construction of their personality that gives this feeling of fear. Indeed, how do you expect these children, when they become adults, to know how to do something that they have not been taught? For example, trusting yourself. Have confidence.
At the same time, there are several factors other than those about personality. They promote the emergence of this emotion.
Indeed, this emotion codifies and expresses everything based on the fear of doing badly, not being up to the task. In short, anything that is contrary to the education received. We have to know how to do it. We must know how to be. Easy to say. Difficult to do. All the more so when we know that this construction of the personality is based on the search for approval, ultimately searching for love. From that of others.
This is how a common mistake is made in the name of fear of losing control. Before thinking and acting about oneself, one reacts to others’ deep and spiritual sense of one’s own identity. And when they do it, it often turns into a disaster.
These disorders are expressed in particular in the brain. In the latter, there is an insufficient concentration of norepinephrine. And also serotonin. Like gamma-aminobutyric acid. This leads to a change in mood. And causes some confusion of the same type, with consequences more or less analogous to the disorders caused by the hormonal issue.
Fighting anxiety: a hormonal issue
During menopause or pregnancy, for example, the increased level of estrogen in the body causes mood swings. This promotes the appearance of anxiety neurosis.
This problem may also be related to a contraceptive. In this regard, I invite you to read the following article: “Contraception and Anxiety – A ignored cause and effect relationship”.
It can also be from a minor event. A phone call that does not come. An interview to prepare. A job to be finished in too short a time. The night that falls. Etc.
Fighting anxiety: people at risk
Most of the time, this type of problem arises when you anticipate. That is when you think about a subject, or an event, about which you do not know anything, whose outcome you fear. Or that you are afraid of not being up to the task. In short, when you fear losing control.
Still, about anxiety problems, and anxiety attacks, people at risk are:
- Women: They are 2 to 3 times more affected than men.
- Young people Between 15 and 20 years old.
- People with an anxious personality
- Men or women who have a history of sexual abuse, or mistreatment
- People who are depressed and anxious
The different forms of anxiety
It is necessary to understand that this problem goes through highlighting the symptoms that characterize it. These manifest themselves to varying degrees. And knowing that these symptoms influence a person’s activity and behavior. These symptoms range from embarrassment to panic attacks.
The light form of anguish
In its mild form, when someone is confronted with anxiety-provoking situations, the feeling is a slight malaise. However, this discomfort does not determine his behavior or his life.
For example, a slightly anxious person does not know what to do with himself. She struggles to put all her ideas together. But manages to evacuate the anxiety. Also, she cannot seem to avoid these situations.
The average form of anxiety
In their average form, the person experiences symptoms that moderately affect their behavior. She prefers to avoid painful situations. But, at the same time, it does not escape such situations. She resolves to it. Not without feeling some discomfort. The symptoms experienced at this stage are as follows:
- Muscle tension
- Permanent fatigue
The extreme form of anxiety
In an extreme form, the symptoms correspond to major anxiety. It determines the life of the suffering person. She has the impression of not being able to avoid certain situations. While, of course, she does not put herself in these situations under any circumstances.
At the sudden possibility of finding themselves in situations that they fear and cannot control, they panic. This extreme form exerts a strong influence on the life of the person concerned. She is no longer in control of her behavior. She feels like she’s losing control.

What treatment to fight anxiety?
For almost 30 years that I have practiced behavioral coaching, I always hear the same thing about treating anxiety and anxiety attack. The people who are victims of it try to control it. They fail. Then try the drugs. To do this, they consult a psychiatrist. Who hastens to prescribe them anti-depressants and anxiolytics. This is not an appropriate response to cure anxiety and calm an anxiety attack.
As proof, to reinforce these classic treatments, many people try meditation. And also relaxation, or sophrology. Even the feet to the wall. I digress. So many attempts at inappropriate solutions.
But people insist. The ailments grow to the point of – often – becoming anxiety. Even generalized anxiety. I do not incriminate these people. They wander from one therapy to another. They are taken for a walk. They are looking for a treatment adapted to their case that they can’t find unless they lose their autonomy. Or worse.
It is often “at the end of the line” that these people consult me. Sometimes I feel like a fire station all to myself. So, I offer a Recovery Groups treatment that goes off the beaten track. And which gives a result in more than 95% of cases.
Anxiety and panic attack: Solutions you won’t find anywhere else
When you talk about the word anguish, you are talking about fear. Both are intimately linked with anxiety. And both anxiety symptoms and anxiety symptoms characterize projective fear. It means that you are emotionally anticipating something that you fear. So you are afraid of not being in control of a situation. Now you know nothing about it. Or little. This is precisely what makes you anxious.
Fighting Anxiety: The Mistake Most People Make
The emotion you feel is the emotion your brain uses to alert you to danger. It, therefore, demands appropriate behavior from you. And that’s when, most of the time, you make a terrible mistake.
A very common mistake. Which has unintended and unintended consequences. This mistake causes you, in good faith, to take back control of your emotions. By reacting in this way, you make them worse. The more you control your emotions, the worse it gets.
But rest assured. I invite you now to discover a solution adapted to your case.
Fighting Anxiety: From Psychology to Psychiatry
No doubt you skim all kinds of the therapeutic cabinet. From psychiatry to psychology. Going through various psychotherapies. No doubt you walk through all these therapeutic approaches with results very inferior to your expectations. No result. You expend a great deal of money and resources. And you realize that nothing is working. Or so little.
Between the prescribed drugs and the sometimes derogatory remarks, you despair of finding a solution. You finally say that you’re not regular. Or that you have no right to be glad and satisfied. And the same thing in the feminine.
But, when you consider the consequences of your problem for all or part of your life, you cannot bring yourself to accept that you will lose your autonomy for years to come.
The problem with the problem is that you spend endless time on the internet. Suddenly, you no longer know who or how to trust to find a definitive solution to your problem. So you are still looking. Without much conviction. But not without some hidden hope. But you become particularly suspicious. I understand that. So how can you restore your confidence?
Fighting anxiety: How to regain confidence
You are not constrained to anything. And even less have to believe me. I offer you behavioral strategies to bring you light so that you can regain your energy. Your thirst for desire. The desire and the taste to live. It is to meet this objective that my online program exists. It doesn’t just solve your problem. This method gives you a vision of yourself that changes a lot of things. It is up to you to take an interest in it. Or not. To act accordingly. The choice is yours. And to choose is to give up!
